Nadeemi Books: an AI accountant inside your agent.
Self-help software that prepares, calculates and explains. It is not a licensed accountant and it does not file on your behalf. Not available yet.
What will Nadeemi Books do?
It aims to cover the everyday work people use Odoo, QuickBooks, Xero or Zoho Books for, and to let you ask about your numbers in plain Arabic or English. Every figure will show its workings. The planned features:
- Invoices, quotes and payment reminders (drafted for your approval).
- Bills and expenses, read from receipts and documents.
- Bank reconciliation from statement files.
- Chart of accounts, journals and ledgers, with a full audit trail.
- VAT, GST and sales tax workings.
- Payroll sums and end-of-service calculations.
- Inventory, multiple currencies and multiple companies.
- Reports: profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and ageing.
Which countries will it cover?
Any country, through country packs. A pack holds one country's tax rates, report formats and rules, with its sources and the date they were checked. Packs that are not yet fully checked will be clearly marked as drafts.
Is Nadeemi Books an accountant?
No. It is self-help software. It prepares, calculates and explains, and it shows how it got each number. For filings, audits and advice, use a qualified accountant or tax adviser in your country; Nadeemi Books can prepare the file for them.
Where will my books be kept?
In your own encrypted space, separate from every other client, under your own key. See the trust centre.
When can I use it?
Not yet. It is part of the Nadeemi agent, which is in development. Join the waitlist by email to hear when invitations open.
