What does an AI chief of staff do?
It reads what arrives, sorts what matters and prepares the next step: a reply draft, a one-page brief or a meeting pack. Anything that leaves your office, costs money or cannot be undone will wait for your approval on your phone. A named person will check quality and be reachable when you need help.
How will it reach my inbox?
Three planned ways. Forward chosen mail to a private intake address. On Microsoft 365, your administrator grants read access with one consent click. On Google Workspace, your administrator marks the app as trusted. Personal Gmail accounts come later, after Google's security review.
What will a morning brief look like?
A short page early on working days, in English, Arabic or both. Fictional sample:

Will it write in Arabic?
It is designed to draft in Modern Standard Arabic and English, and to follow a Gulf or other regional register for internal notes. Formal letters will always be shown to you before they go out.
What will it never do?
Log in to your bank, move money from your accounts, sign for you, or give legal, tax or investment advice. It prepares; you decide.
