Plans for a small founding pilot.
No pilot is open and no pilot fee is taken. This is how we plan to run it once Nadeemi is ready and the company is registered.
What would the pilot include?
A small number of founding clients would each choose a few use cases, such as the morning brief, cited research memos, meeting packs, back-office files, the agent or Nadeemi Books. Success measures would be agreed in writing at the start.
How would we know it worked?
A weekly check-in, a mid-point review and a written results report, measured against the agreed targets. Time saved will be shown as a target until we have measured it.
What comes before any client data is connected?
An independent penetration test. If it found a critical issue we could not fix, the pilot would not start.
What would happen at the end?
Continue, or leave with a full export and a signed deletion certificate.
