Where your data will live, who will see it, and how it will be deleted.
Nadeemi holds no client data today, because there are no clients yet. This is the design we are building to.
Where will my data be kept?
In your own encrypted space, under your own key, in a region agreed in writing before you start. AI processing is expected to take place with the model provider under a business contract, which may be in another country. We will not claim your data never leaves a region.

Will my data be used to train AI?
No. Client data will not be used to train AI models.
How long will data be kept?
The model provider keeps request data for a short, limited period under its business terms, then deletes it. Zero retention will be offered only if the provider grants it in writing; until then we do not claim it.
How will data be deleted?
You will receive a full export in open formats, then your key is destroyed and a signed deletion certificate follows.
What is the security plan?
An independent penetration test before any client data is connected. The list of sub-processors, the data processing agreement and a security summary will be published here before the first client. Incidents will be reported to clients within 24 hours.
